These are the levels the scan places you in.

What the scan looks at

  • Which AI tools are used today, and by whom.
  • Whether there is a policy on what may and may not go into AI tools.
  • The state of the permission model in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
  • Which processes cost the most repetitive manual work.
  • Whether integrations between your systems already exist.
  • Who owns AI use cases inside the organisation.
  • Whether staff know what is expected of them when using AI.
