Newblend is an IT service provider with offices in Breda (Netherlands) and Antwerp (Belgium). Since 1982 we have managed workplaces, networks, cloud and security for small and mid-sized organisations. Our newest practice is AI implementation in existing business processes.

Response times

All packages include priority 4 by default: remote response within 24 hours, on site within 72 hours. Higher priorities are available; priority 1 means remote within 1 hour and on site within 4 hours.

Security and regulation

NIS2 and the Dutch Cybersecurity Act

The Dutch implementation of NIS2 takes effect on 15 August 2026. Belgium implemented earlier, including registration with the Centre for Cybersecurity Belgium. We handle the baseline assessment, the measures and the incident process.

Transparency obligations apply since 2 August 2026; AI literacy has been required since February 2025. High-risk obligations were postponed to December 2027 and August 2028.

What to expect from us

  • Proactive monitoring, so most issues are handled before you notice them.
  • A client portal available around the clock for tickets, reports and invoices; phone support on weekdays from 09:00 to 17:00.

Our primary markets are the Netherlands and Flanders, so some detailed pages are written in Dutch. Working in English is no problem: our engineers and consultants operate in English daily.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with international organisations?

Yes. We serve organisations with offices in the Netherlands and Belgium, and we work in English where needed. Contracting can be with either our Dutch or Belgian entity.

Where are you based?

Lage Mosten 49, 4822 NK Breda in the Netherlands and Brusselstraat 51, 2018 Antwerp in Belgium. Visits by appointment.

Can you take over management from our current provider?

Yes. After an IT assessment we produce a transition plan with a fixed timeline, usually completed within a few weeks and without interrupting your operations.

Do you offer 24/7 monitoring?

Monitoring and managed detection and response run around the clock. Phone support runs on weekdays from 09:00 to 17:00, with SLA response times covering the rest.

What does an AI project look like?

Process analysis first, then a business case including GDPR and AI Act assessment, then a pilot running alongside existing work, and finally production with an owner inside your organisation.
