AI strategy & advice

The question is not which AI platform is best, but which problem you want to solve. We start with your processes and end with a shortlist of use cases ranked by return and risk.

In short
  • We start with the process, not the tool.
  • Every use case is assessed against the GDPR and the AI Act before anything is built.
  • You get a priority list: what returns most, what can be done quickly, what is better left for later.
  • An AI usage policy is part of it, so colleagues do not put company data into random tools.
  • We do the analysis for a fixed price, so the business case is clear up front.

Approach

What we do

  1. STEP 01
    Walk through the processes

With the people who do the work: where is the repetitive manual effort, where does it go wrong, which systems are involved.

  2. STEP 02
    Weigh the opportunities

Per use case: expected time saved, the integrations needed and the level of difficulty. No grand promises.

  3. STEP 03
    Assess the risk

GDPR basis, retention periods and the risk class under the AI Act. Also: what happens if the agent gets it wrong.

  4. STEP 04
    Advisory report

A priority list with costs, lead time and the first use case we would build.

What is included

What you get

Process overview

The processes that lend themselves to automation, with an estimate of the time they take today.

AI usage policy

Short and readable: which tools are allowed, which data must stay out and who is responsible for what.

GDPR and AI Act assessment

Per use case the legal basis, the retention period and the risk class. Including what the transparency obligation asks of you.

Read about the AI Act

Prioritisation

A list ordered by return and feasibility, with a proposal for the first use case.

What we do not do

No pilot for the pilot's sake

A trial setup that stalls after the demo costs money and mostly produces scepticism. So we ask one question up front: what decision will you make based on the outcome? If there is no answer, it is too early.

Sometimes we advise not to start with AI at all, but to first clean up your permission model or document a process. Less exciting, more return.

Frequently asked questions

How long does an advisory project take?

For most mid-sized organisations two to four weeks, depending on how many processes we walk through and how quickly we get the right people around the table.

Do we need to be doing something with AI already?

No. In practice colleagues are often already using tools on their own initiative. Mapping that is usually the first gain.

What if the advice is to do nothing?

Then that is what we say. A well-argued no beats a project nobody uses.
