AI & automation

AI that does actual work

Most AI projects fail on the choice of starting point, not on the technology. We begin with a process, not with a platform: one repetitive task, clear decision rules and an owner inside your organisation.

In short
  • Four services: strategy and advice, agents and automation, Microsoft Copilot, adoption and training.
  • An agent runs in your own environment and on your own data.
  • Every use case is assessed against the GDPR and the EU AI Act before it is built.
  • We start with one defined process, with an owner and logging for audit purposes.
  • AI projects run across the Netherlands and Flanders; on-site IT management is regional.

Approach

From process analysis to production

  1. STAP 01
    Process analysis

We walk through the process with the people who do the work: where the repetition is, where it goes wrong, which systems are involved.

  2. STAP 02
    Business case and assessment

Expected time saved, connections required and costs, plus the outcome of the GDPR and AI Act assessment.

  3. STAP 03
    Build and pilot

The agent first runs alongside the existing work. Decision rules are adjusted based on real cases.

  4. STAP 04
    Production and adoption

Live with an owner in your organisation, logging for audit, and training so it is actually used.

Legislation

What the EU AI Act requires now

Transparency since 2 August 2026

A chatbot must identify itself as AI, and AI-generated media must be machine-readably marked. Fines run to 15 million euro or 3 percent of worldwide turnover.

AI literacy since February 2025

Staff working with AI must have sufficient basic knowledge. Enforcement starts from August 2026.

High risk postponed

Obligations for high-risk use cases moved to 2 December 2027 and 2 August 2028 through the Digital Omnibus.

GDPR still applies

Legal basis, retention period and data minimisation per use case, recorded before anything goes live.

Frequently asked questions

Where does an AI agent run?

In your own environment, on your own systems and data. Business data is not used to train external models.

What does a first agent cost?

The analysis is a fixed price so the business case is clear before anything is built. Build cost depends on the number of connections and the complexity of the decision rules.

Do we need Microsoft 365?

Not strictly, but it helps: many connections and Copilot use cases live there. If you use other systems we assess connectivity during the analysis.

Who owns the agent?

You do. It runs in your environment with an owner in your organisation who maintains the decision rules.

How fast can something be live?

A first agent for one defined process is usually built within a few weeks after the analysis.
