Four pillars, one point of contact

Most organisations do not want to coordinate four suppliers. We cover the full picture: the network in the building, the cloud your people work in, the workplaces on their desks, and the automation that takes work off their hands.

In short
  • Network, cloud, workplaces and AI, delivered and managed by our own engineers.
  • One contact person for technology, projects and commercial questions.
  • Managed workplaces from a single seat, with fixed SLA response times.
  • Vendor-independent advice: we recommend what fits your requirements and budget.
  • ISO/IEC 27001:2023 certified and operating in line with NIS2.

How we start

From first conversation to management

  1. STAP 01
    Introduction

Thirty minutes: what is not working, what you expect from a partner, and whether we are a fit.

  2. STAP 02
    IT assessment

We map network, Microsoft 365, security, backup and endpoints, and report the risks we find.

  3. STAP 03
    Proposal

A package choice with costs and planning, plus the work needed to bring the environment up to standard.

  4. STAP 04
    Transition

Usually within a few weeks and without interrupting your operations. After that the SLA applies.

Security

Where security sits in each pillar

Security is not a separate product. It is part of every pillar, which is why the measures are listed per pillar.

Table. Security measures per service pillar.

Frequently asked questions

Do we have to buy everything from you?

No. Many clients start with workplaces and security and expand later. We will tell you which risks remain open if part of the environment stays outside our management.

Do you work with subcontractors?

No. Implementation and management are done by our own engineers.

How quickly do you respond to an incident?

Priority 4 by default: remote within 24 hours, on site within 72 hours. Priority 1 means remote within 1 hour and on site within 4 hours.

Can you work alongside our own IT team?

Yes. We agree in advance what we do and what you keep, including escalation paths.
