Our role

Independent, and accountable

A supplier sells you a product. A partner thinks about the question behind it: what do you want to achieve, what is the risk if it goes wrong, and what is the fitting solution. That is the role we take, which is why we are not tied to one brand.

We do keep the number of suppliers per category limited. An engineer who half knows three firewall brands solves less than someone who truly masters one. That makes our advice predictable at times, and the solutions reliable.

If you ask for something we do not believe in, we say so. And if another party can do it better, we refer you on.

Certification

Newblend is certified against ISO/IEC 27001:2023 and works in line with NIS2. That saves you work in your own supplier assessment. Read more about ISO 27001.

Do you earn from the licences you recommend?

We earn from implementation, management and advice. The choice of supplier depends on your requirements and budget, not on our margin.

Can we keep our own supplier?

Often yes. We include existing contracts in the inventory and point out where we see risks or duplicate costs.

Do you do the implementation yourselves?

Yes. Implementation and management are carried out by our own engineers, not by subcontractors.
