AI adoption & training

Most AI projects fail on use, not on technology. We take care of the adoption side: policy people understand, training per role and key users who help colleagues along.

In short
  • Since February 2025 the AI Act requires staff who work with AI to be sufficiently AI literate.
  • An AI usage policy that is readable: which tools are allowed, which data must stay out.
  • Training per role with examples from your own work, in short blocks.
  • Key users per department who field questions and keep usage alive.
  • Training courses and e-learnings are delivered by our colleagues at Spike Academy.

How we arrange adoption

AI usage policy

Short and concrete: which tools are allowed, which data must stay out, who decides in case of doubt. One page people actually read.

AI literacy

Basic knowledge for everyone working with AI: what it can do, where it goes wrong and why you check the output. That is also what the AI Act asks.

Training per role

Sales, administration and engineering use AI differently. Examples from their own work make the difference between understanding and applying.

Key users

Someone in each department who is further along and fields questions. That works better than a helpdesk ticket for every question.

Measure and adjust

We track whether usage actually rises and where it lags, and adjust rather than hope.

Spike Academy

For more extensive training courses and e-learnings we work with Spike Academy, specialists in learning and development.

Why it goes wrong

Licences are not adoption

An organisation announces AI, hands out licences and organises one plenary session. Two weeks later usage has fallen back to the early adopters, and the rest have decided it is not for them.

What does work: one department, two concrete use cases, short guidance and visible results. Then the next department. Slower on paper, faster in practice.

Policy before tools

Without a usage policy, colleagues put company data into random tools. That is a GDPR risk you largely remove with one document and a short explanation.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly is AI literacy?

That staff know what AI can and cannot do, which data must stay out and why you always check the output. For most organisations a short training per role plus a usage policy is enough.

How much time does training take?

A few short blocks per employee. Key users get more, because they help colleagues along.

Do you deliver the training yourselves?

We provide the practical guidance during the rollout. For more extensive training courses and e-learnings we work with Spike Academy.

Can we start without already using AI?

Yes, and that is often exactly the right moment: policy and basic knowledge first, tools after.
